fix: deal poker all-in streets one at a time and handle auto play

- Schedule each remaining street 2 s apart when no one can bet instead of dealing the whole board inside Finish, so the flop, turn and river show on the table

- Raise a bet or raise below the minimum to the minimum instead of dropping it, which left the player with no turn until the 30 s timer ran out

- Add MsgShowHandTrusteeship (2099): the Auto button toggles PokerSeat.Auto, the table echoes it, and auto seats check or fold after 1 s

- Remove the now unused DealUpCards and DealBoardCards runout helpers
