Why can't I remember my account?

Primal Conquer accounts are typically created with a unique username that may differ from your email. If you've created multiple accounts or it's been a while since you last played, you might not remember your exact account name.

What information will I receive?

We'll send you a link with a recovery key. You can use that link to fetch all account usernames associated with your email address, along with the possibility the change the passwords.
