test: match the script repository counts to the current scripts

- RepositoryScriptsCompileAndLoadAsWholeContainers failed on the Item count, so the suite was red

- Item loads 185 scripts: the VIP1 to VIP5 token scripts were removed when VIP became a single tier

- Npc loads 249 scripts: the three poker house dealers and the market auction and mail manager NPCs were added

- The other six container counts already matched what the script host loads
