fix: let the poker client play its own auto turns

- Auto seats already send their own 2093 actions, so the server-side check or fold after 1 s acted twice on the same turn

- Drop PokerSeat.Auto and the 1 s auto deadline; SetAuto now only echoes 2099 so the table shows the Auto badge
