docs: correct the mail claim actions and their replies

- Request action 3 claims the money attachments (silver, CP, JoyBeans) and 5 the action attachment; the table called 3 claim all and 5 currency

- Describe what replies 3, 4 and 5 clear in the client row and the open mail, the Delete enable, the empty-body self delete, and why repeat claims must be harmless

- Describe FrostEmu's claims: JoyBeans refusal, batch claim of item, money and action, money credited only after the item move

- Add the content-window claim handlers, senders, row updaters and widget clears to the IDA table, and fix the packet 1045 action legend in ALL_PACKET_STRUCTURES_6609.txt
