fix: claim mail money, item and action separately as the client asks

- Claim request 3 is the client's money button (silver, CP, JoyBeans), but it also took the item, so the open mail kept showing an item that was already in the bag

- Claim request 5 is the client's action button, but it took the currency and never cleared DBMail.Action, so the action came back on refresh and the mail could never be deleted

- MailboxManager.Claim now takes a MailAttachment set: request 3 claims Currency, 4 Item, 5 Action, and the batch claim (8) claims All, which also clears the action flag

- Credit silver and CP only after the item move succeeds, so a failed item move no longer credits currency that the mail still holds
