Changelog
- Add ClientCatalogKind.ItemType (11) with ID, name, silver and CP price for every item sold in a shop
- Build it in native itemtype.dat field order and send it before the shop catalogs
- Reload ItemCatalog in ClientCatalogService.Reload so charged prices match the client catalog
- Cover the item type catalog layout and invalid names in ShopCatalogTests
