Changelog
- Truncate shop_definitions and fill it with Shop.dat names and window types
- Store the Shop.dat item position and mall line position as SortOrder
- Import mall tags and descriptions from emoneyshopv2.ini with tildes as spaces
- Keep the first section for repeated Shop.dat shop IDs, matching the client
- Read Shop.dat as GBK so native shop names survive the import
- Update Database/ini/Shop.dat to the latest client shop layout
