Changelog
- Every legacy /createpvp alias (dm/tdm/ffa/pf/cha/ktt/ktc/ctf/ptb/hys/wpk/mpk) now spawns the ported engine ruleset instead of constructing a dead legacy PvPEvent into Kernel.PVP_EVENT that nothing drives
- cpk keeps the legacy soft-restart (re-Init when already live, else engine force-start)
