refactor(npc): add gold payment option for Labyrinth 1 access and other changes

- Add 1,000,000 gold as alternative to 2,000 virtue points

- Restructure Simon NPC dialogue flow for payment selection

- Add separate handlers for virtue and gold payment methods

- Remove lab skips.
