Attack/Spell:\n- Spells with non Crime flags will no longer cause the player to be on top of the stack.\n- Queued spells will now be handled as Tasks and ThreadPool with appropriate delays and cancelations.\n\nCreature:\n- Creatures are now automatically loaded even when entering instanced maps.\n- Spawns added to dynamic instances.\n- Fixed a NRE that was caused by some creature types that attempted to access Boss level spells.\n- Revivers should be faster to spot and revive dead players.\n\nNPC:\n- TwinCity - ArenaGuard now allows teleportation to Infinite PK Arena.
