Core:\n- Increased network threading to 6 threads.\n- Code cleanups and removal of old threading systems.\n- Selector cleaned up (still needs work).\n- Item/Gold dropping is now handled on the same thread that did the death. Should fix the weird glitches with drops.\n- Red/Black names will no longer be capped in GuildArena.\n- Updated MsgItem to use the new drop handlers.\n- Old PacketQueue class removed.
