Changelog
- Rename packet 4011 to MsgArenaBoard (version 2) with a board byte for Solo, Team, and Rated pages
- Add ArenaEngine SendBoardPage, SendBoardRanking, BoardSignUp, and BoardQuit keyed by board
- Serve the Team page from the player's team board and team sign-up by party size
- Keep unranked duels out of the Solo combat list and send team sizes in fight rows
- Refresh the open board page on queue, invite, match start, and result for every mode
