Core:\n- Fixed an issue with profanity filter working with world chat.\n- Reset profanity filter to active by default for all players.\n- Sending a message that contains profanity will now ask the player to disable the filter rather than auto disabling it.\n- Hawk messages will no longer allow profanity.
