Changelog
- Combat.DeductAttackCosts now removes the VIP auto-reloaded arrow pack from the inventory after equipping it, like HasSpellCosts, DeductSpellCosts, and the manual equip handler
- The pack previously stayed in both the server inventory and the client bag, so arrow count updates landed on the bag copy and the equipped quiver count froze
- Only show the reload message when both the equip and the inventory removal succeed
