fix: store accessories and cosmetics from the bag instead of equipping

- Route MsgItem equip requests for accessories and quality-4 cosmetics to the wardrobe store; bag right-click and drag to a status slot both send it

- Allow two copies of an accessory and one of a cosmetic garment, counting worn copies

- Split MsgCoatStorage.StoreFromBag out of HandleStore for the shared store path
