feat: dress composite npcs from look hair and items

- Add npcs.Lookface and npcs.Hair for player-body appearance

- Fill MsgPlayer gear from items owned by the NPC UID

- Seed 1701 look 1003 hair 370 and the Trojan helmet armor blade
